Pass-along cards?

Any thoughts on these? I just came across them online.. They are basically business card size cards with your picture and adoption agency/lawyer info on them.. You can give them to family & friends to pass out. Some people mail them to various places.  Just wondering if anyone uses them.. If so, where/how did you distribute the cards? Did you have any luck from using them? General thoughts?

There is this website that designs them. https://www.adoptionpassalongcards.com/ But you could just use vistaprint.com or some similar site to make them yourself for a lot cheaper.
