Spring Mix or Spinach

Hi all, not really a pregnancy related question, but thought I would pose the question regardless. Does anyone know if either spinach or spring mix has a higher nutritional value than the other? I love them both but have been wondering for a while and my google searches come up with salad recipes.

I do a mix- half spinach. half spring mix usually.
