So I'm all registered for my prereqs, and I super excited for school but I interested in two programs. The RN program and the new Radiation Therapy program. Both are intriguing and both id get to help people which is my dream.
I like that RNs have so many options of specialties. But I'm having a hard time deciding. Any of you have experience with the oncology dept or just have advice on deciding? Are there nurses in dosimetry too?

I was thinking about seeing if the hospital had any sort of dept visit for students or something

Ya mh isn't excited about whatever my hours will be. He is an electrician abd works pretty normal hours for the most part. I actually worked as an MA in ortho and rellay liked it. I could ser picu being so so hard.

How do you keep from bringing your emotions home? I guess an ASC would be good hours and emotions wise too.

eta: the school in at had an rn to bsn option that would definitely be a must. The hospital reqs it with in 5 years of hire.
