So yeah, I realized last week that I have never seen a Friday ticker change thread on here! I figured I would start one.
I hope that I do this right! I'm nervous. Tell me if I do this wrong. Oh god. I'm scared.

Re: Friday Ticker Change!
Symptoms: Sciatic nerve pain is still bothersome, but since I went to the chiro last week it feels much more manageable. I'm going again this afternoon so I'm hoping that I can keep it somewhat under control.
Appointments/Updates: I have an appointment with maternal/fetal this coming Monday. Haven't had any problems with baby *knock on wood*, but I've been seeing them since I have Crohn's disease and my OB just wants to be sure all of our bases are covered. If the US goes well, like the others have, I won't need to see them again and will just continue at my OB's office.
Rants/Raves:
Rave: DH has be amazing about getting things set up in the nursery. It's not decorated yet, but we have all of the large furniture pieces, which is super helpful.
Rant: While DH has been great about setting things up, he is not wanting to put up shelving in there. His reasoning is that we already have bookcases from when the room was an office, so we don't need shelves. I disagree because the room isn't that big and the bookshelves take up a huge chunk of square footage. I'm of the "less is more" aesthetic, while he would rather line the perimeter of the room with bookshelves/chests/dressers so everything has it's place.
GTKY: I've been told that I look like several celebrities, almost all of whom have naturally curly hair like me - Shakira, Rebecca Gayheart, and Annalynne McCord when I was blonde. Now I hear that I look like Lorde because my hair is dark. I've also randomly heard Kaley Cuoco several times but I'm not too sure on that.
Happy Endings
Symptoms? Not really sure this counts, but I have arthritis in the hips, and now they are starting to hurt.
Appointments/Updates? Baby is still measuring long. The u/s sound says he's 2 weeks ahead, the fundal measurement thing says 1 one week ahead.
Rants/Raves? Someone told me to shop at Carter's for non cliche boy clothing, and now I want all of the clothes!
GTKY: Who is your celebrity doppelganger? My Mom says Natalie Wood, but everyone else says Christina Ricci minus the forehead
Symptoms? - All the typical 3rd Tri Stuff - my back hurts, I'm exhausted, insomnia is getting worse, and I'm feeling HUNGRY!
Appointments/Updates? - Had a 29 week appt and doc doesn't want to see me again until 33.
Rants/Raves? - Rant - I'm constantly worried about money. My budget is TIGHT. Rave - almost have everything I need to baby!
GTKY: Who is your celebrity doppelganger? - Jennifer Connely, if she were blonde.
Symptoms? Exhausted still, having lots of back pain and RLP.
Appointments/Updates? Last appointment was Feb. 28th, everything looked great. Next one will be next Friday. Crazy that its down to the 2 week appointments!
Rants/Raves? Raves: Have my 3D ultrasound tomorrow! I am so excited, even though I don't anticipate great pictures because I am carrying so low and I have an anterior placenta. At my 3D ultrasound with DD, they could already tell she had chubby cheeks (and man she still does!) so I hope we can see if we are having another cheeky baby!
Rants: DD has been really sick all week. She has had a really high fever (over 105 at times) and the doctor doesn't know why. She has been absolutely miserable, and I feel so bad for her. I feel like a walking zombie. I was up with her most of the night last night, it's been so hard to have her be so sick and clingy at 31 weeks pregnant!
GTKY: Who is your celebrity doppelganger? When I was young, everyone told my mom I looked like Drew Barrymore (kid version). Now some people have told me I look like Jodie Foster.
Appointments: went to the dr this week. I am now going every two weeks (crazy!!!). She said the baby's heart beat was very strong for a boy (whatever that means lol)
Raves: I am loving how my nursery is coming along and I am loving my Thursday night yoga class!
Rants: by the end of the day my feet hurt and I am so uncomfortable under my ribs :-\
GTKY: I am beyond boring and I don't think I have one.
Symptoms: Endless pelvic pain after sitting or lying down for a few minutes.
Appointments/Updates: 3hr glucose tomorrow morning next regular appt is March 25th.
Rants: ISAT testing has taken a toll on me and my students and I have to (husband insists since she is married to his friend) attend a baby shower this weekend for someone i would barely consider a friend who isn't due until July.
Raves: only 3 weeks until Spring Break!
GTKY: Who is your celebrity doppelganger? I really don't think I have one.
Symptoms: bitchiness is a symptom, right?
Appt/Update: next appt is two Tuesdays from now, (18th maybe) I will be having an ultrasound to check babes growth.
Rants/Raves: rant- I'm over the exhaustion I feel like I can never get anything done. Rave: DH bought lamps for the nursery just because they matched our theme last night. He is cute sometimes. I love seeing him excited.
GTKY:Doppleganger: none. One of a kind.

No idea
Just took this since I'm feeling like my belly is HUGE
Symptoms: Losing the ability to sleep because my hips are really uncomfortable at night. Being tired has returned as well! Checking my sugars every 4 hours since I failed my glucose test!
Appt/Update: I have to meet with the nutritionist on Tuesday. Next regular appointment at the end of the March.
Rants/Raves: Rant - I am starting to feel physically limited and it is hard for me to take. I have always been super active, so taking a step back has been a challenge.
