It could be derived from fn and mn initials, such as Lauren Olivia. (Embarrassing myself... But Lo Bosworth from Laguna Beach and The Hills is Lauren Ogilvie Bosworth.)

She's my only frame of reference as well!! I have to say though, I think it's very weird when people pick nicknames and back track to find first names to fit them. Personal opinion.
