Intro from a TTCALer

Hey ladies!  I hope that it's OK that I post over here.  A little background...

In 2002 I had a cyst on my fallopian tube and when the cyst was removed, the left tube came out too.  During that surgery, the doctor found Endometriosis.  Fast forward to 2010, DH and I were TTC and I went to an RE to get some help.  He suspected that I have a mild form of PCOS as well.  After a failed Clomid/IUI we moved on to Gonal-F/IUI.  It was successful and I gave birth to twin boys on May 23, 2011. 

When the boys were 15 months old, DH and I started TTC again and got a surprise BFP our second month.  At 20 weeks, we got the devastating news that our little girl had T21, AV Septal Defect and brain cysts.  Shortly after we lost our little girl and I had a D&E February 2013. 

We've been trying again since April and I finally broke down and called the RE in January.  I'd be temping and using OPKs and it appears that I'm ovulating almost every cycle, he suspects that I'm having weak ovulation.  We've now been through a Femara/IUI round with one beautiful follie with a BFN and a Femara/Gonal-F/cancelled IUI that grew one nice cyst and nothing else on the right side. 

So, here I sit, on CD1 with CD3 b/w and u/s on Friday and a Gonal-F/IUI cycle ahead of me, feeling pretty discouraged and very anxious that the cyst will still be there and this cycle will be cancelled.  I guess I'm just looking for some other support since Secondary IF is a hard place to understand unless you are there.  I've lurked a bit and I look forward to getting to know all of you lovely ladies if you will have me.

    March 2, 2014 First AF

    DD conceived after 3 years of ttc.
    MFI - DH had varicocele repair and took Clomid to get DD b. 02/2010

    TTC #2 since 6/2010
    10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
    A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013. 
    DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair. 
    Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies. 
    Wishing, hoping, waiting.

    Welcome! I'm so sorry for your loss. Hopefully you're stay here is short! This is definitely a great group of women :)

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Sorry for your loss, that makes my heart hurt. Keep postive, you got pregnant before, so don't get too discouraged.....

    March 2014- 75iu follistim + trigger + progesterone + IUI = BFN and OHSS
    (8 million post wash 47% motility, 18mm/17mm/16mm/16mm/14mm follies)
    April/May 2014- Benched due to cysts/enlarged ovaries
    June 2014- 50iu follistim + trigger + progesterone + IUI = BFP!!
    (10 million post wash 60% motility, 20mm/19mm follies)
    Beta 1- 85 Beta 2- 2,752 - EDD 2/27/2015

    Welcome, and so sorry about your loss.  Positive attitude is everything.  Stay hopeful.  You've been successful before, it stands to reason you could be again!
    Trying for #2 with IVF after damage done in a D&C left me with one functioning (but too scarred) ovary and tube to get pregnant safely without assistance. It's a really, really long story, but that is the gist of it.  We have one daughter (whose c-section birth started this roller coaster) born in 2012 after a miscarriage in 2011. 
    Failed 1st attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 3, 1 frozen embryo saved) in December 2013.  
    Failed 2nd attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 5, 2 frozen embryos saved) in February 2014.
