Strong urine smell

Lately when I change J's diapers I am blown away with strong smell of urine.  I know he is drinking enough during the day bc he always has a sippy in hand and soaks through diapers.  Any ideas?  I am at the point of making him a doctor appointment.  It's awful.

    I was going to second that certain foods will change the smell of urine.  I hope it is not a UTI. :(

    I have been feeding him those spinach muffins daily.  I wonder if that is causing it....I'll keep my eye on it and if no improvement ill make a pedi appointment.  Thanks!
