Hi ladies,
My RE finally suggested that I test my fallopian tubes and see if they are blocked. However, he said that in his clinic they do the Rubin's test, which is like "introducing carbon dioxide into the uterus and through the fallopian tubes." I didn't really ask him in details when he mentioned this to me during the visit, coz I didn't really know what it is. But I googled after I got home and it seems that it's not too reliable and gives many false negatives. Have you guys heard anything about this? Should I change the clinic and get a HSG test instead? Thank you for your feedbacks.

IFinTN, according to my RE, it's less painful. I'm not sure how that's possible.
This doctor has great background, with a fancy office in an expensive area of the city. I know he's reliable so trusted him. But I'm just surprised he doesnt do regular HSG.
