Going crazy today...vent

I swear when one does good the other doesn't. My son - who has been a good sleeper for the past couple weeks - hardly slept last night. He wasn't crying or anything, just up.

Well, he is absolutely refusing to take a nap. My daughter went down fine but every attempt to put him down is failing. Since they sleep in the same room I don't want him fussing or crying too much because then I'm taking her nap away from her. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right now, he's fussing and crying on the playmate so overtired. I don't know what to do. I'm not sure why he was up all night. I think he might be teething but there's really no obvious signs except drooling. 

I am ready to cry. Thankfully my inlaws are coming tonight and we have my parents coming tomorrow night so my DH & I can get a break. I don't know if I'm going to last today.

HUGS!!  I'm so sorry!  But I can totally feel your pain . . . we are coming off of two weeks of colds / almost RSV / EIs and my two haven't been eating or sleeping very well.  Thankfully we are just now turing the corner.  We ended up setting up a PNP in a spare room b/c they were waking each other up so much (and normally they can sleep through anything!).

I hope it is just a fluke and he tires out soon (and that your DD doesn't decide to play the same game!).

If he is overtired I think I would just put a PNP in a separate room and let him CIO until he takes a nap. Either way, I am glad you have help coming, days like that are tough!
