NBR: Potential big day...vibes!?

Hola ladies!
Today has the potential of being a very big day and I wanted to reach out to the gif-ing geniuses that are O13 to some vibes/thoughts/gifs to get me through the day.
We have a couple looking at our house for the second time today and I realllly want to get this thing sold. Also, I have my interview for a big promotion today. It's been extremely competitive and feel lucky to have the opportunity to interview since they cut half of the applicants.
Any spare thoughts are much appreciated!

Interview went ok...I know I did very well on the group facilitation role play, but felt like I stumbled over some questions. I talked to a couple other interviewees and they feel the same, so well see. Regardless it's tight competition. Hope to hear something early next week.
As far as the house goes, we actually got an offer tonight...it's $15,000 below asking...total crap. We countered so well see what happens.

We have another guy looking tomorrow who previously put in an offer but it too was a lowball due to his preapproval. He's been RE approved for higher so hopefully he still likes it and makes another (decent!) offer!
