Anovulatory Cycle ?

Hi all. I posted an intro a while back, but have mostly lurked since then.

This is my 2nd cycle post lap and D&C to remove some polyps. I am on CD 36 and have not ovulated yet. I typically O CD18-CD20 with ~30 day cycles. This will be my first time catching an anov. cycle in the 2.5 yrs I have been temping/TTC #2. Is there any way to tell with temping when to expect my period?

If your temp were to drop suddenly and stay low, perhaps AF would show?  But otherwise it may not if you don't O at all this cycle.  You may need to go in soon for b/w and they may force AF with some progesterone.

I would just give it more time, I think most Dr's don't like to give provera before you hit 60 days without a period anyway- but there is a chance your O is just delayed from your D & C. Keep temping, see what happens, but if you do get to day 60, that would be a good time to check in with your Dr about jump starting another cycle.

Thank you all so much for your help. Apparently, all I needed to kick start CD1 was to post on TB bc my period came within 10 minutes of posting this.

In case anyone was wondering, today was also the highest my temp has been all cycle, so apparently temps don't help on anov. cycles.

Anovulatiries are the wort since they are annoyingly unpredictable. I once had a 12 day anov cycle that ended while I was kn a beach vacation. I had thought for sure I was in the clear for that vacay, but nope. But at least now you can move on to the next cycle and start hoping for a December baby.
