Hi! Just wanted to say hi! I've been on the bump since I was pregnant but only recently discovered the message boards. I'm from Vancouver, and my daughter was born July 9th...anyways just wanted to say hi to everyone

Thanks!, I'm working but only part time for now I bartend two days a week and daycare for a friend of mine for 2 days a week, not married but engaged, and my fiancée has 2 kids from his previous marriage aged 6 & almost 5. Our daughters name is Makayla, and she's such a silly little girl right now she keeps doing this thing where she runs into the kitchen and then crouches down and sticks her arms out straight behind her like she's doing a ski jump, then she cracks up laughing (she's weird), she's been saying simple words for a while now but she speaks in both English and Chinese and she's starting to do baby sign language, in hind sight she may have been doing that for a while but we've only just started to realize it now. That's pretty much it!

Welcome! I used to live in Vancouver ( I grew up in Victoria) but I'm in chicago now. What part of Vancouver are you in? I miss it there so much!

Thanks, she is a funny girl We met when I was bar tending in a restaurant and he came in with a friend, he left and came back the next day and for every shift that I worked for a week; after that I gave him my number and we've been together ever since

@CatC86 I lived in Ladner I love that little town and every time I take my daughter back to visit we go to my favorite little sushi place there.

@zyas they do have some awesome sushi places here, my daughter loves it. Lately she's been big into pho too, thank god she's not a super picky eater!
