implanon removal

My husband and I are going to start trying this summer I wanted to know how soon after having my implanon removed should we start trying? Anyone have complications after removal ?any false pregnancies? Is it true multiples are comen after implanon removal?

I had mine removed September 2013 and my ob said to wait a couple of cycles to let them regulate which would allow for better tracking purposes. We don't track/chart so we didn't bother waiting, but your hormone levels should return back to normal pretty quickly.

I haven't had any complications and my periods have been super regular, just like before Implanon.

I think the multiples thing is a myth. I'll believe it in about 20 years alongside many studies.
