Heat rash on legs?

I have noticed the last few weeks that I ALWAYS have what looks like heat rash on my legs. It's all over my thighs, inside and out. Also is on my calves a little too. I'm not sweating, nor am I over bundling myself. They aren't itchy or anything, just ugly!

I don't know if what I have is the same thing, but I've had rashy bumps on my legs for most of my pregnancy. I notice it comes from shaving, so I only shave every couple weeks. Plus my hair virtually stopped growing on my legs so that has helped. I would use sensitive skin shaving cream, put soothing lotion on after and see if that helps.

I have the same thing on the upper outside portions of my thighs. Hasn't happened with my other two children. I think it's this super cold winter.

I have the same problem, I think its super dry skin from this terrible winter...When its super bad I just wear shorts around the house and let air get to my legs for a while.....

I have this on my shins. It doesn't itch or hurt, it's just ugly. I have had it for several weeks. I was going to ask again about it this week, but doc was not too concerned when it cropped up several weeks ago.
