Rec your second car seat

With DS#2's arrival imminent, we need to get another convertible carseat to live in DH's car and for the ILs to use with DS#1 while we're in the hospital. We have the Recaro ProRide for the van (which we love), but I'm looking to get one that's quite a bit less expensive, since it'll get used considerably less. 

I've got 3 weeks until #2 arrives, so I don't have a ton of time for research, and was hoping you ladies could narrow it down for me a bit. What are you using for your DH/grandparents/sitter's cars that you would recommend?  Thanks!

We had a chicco keyfit and loved it! Still do. My son uses it now. It is so easy to install and is easy to adjust. My kids are tall and this worked for us until she turned 1.

We have an Evenflo Symphony dxl for H's car. It's pretty nice. Cooper 's girlfriend rides in the symphony 1 trim down and her parents highly recommend it to us.
