False Positive?

I had an IUI on Friday 2/21 and my RE told me to test Friday 3/7, but I got anxious and tested this morning at 10piui. I got a very faint positive (the first positive I've EVER seen in the 18months we've been ttc). I'm trying really hard not to be too excited because I know this could be my trigger shot (Thursday 2/20), right?
So, what are the odds? Anyone gone through this too?

    Our first IUI I tested around that time, either 10-11dpiui.  I had a light +, ended up still being the trigger.  Turns out the trigger stays in me a lot longer than average.  But, you never know - like Naria said you'll just have to wait to see if that line gets darker.

    Betas:  #1-156(9dp5dt), #2-1200(13dp5) #3-6112(17dp5)
    Ultrasound #1 10/6: 1 bean!

    Tough to say, last month my HPT were still showing positive 11 post trigger shot. It was definitely mentally exhausting to see it getting lighter and lighter. My advice would be go to Walmart and get the cheapo HPT (88 cents) and get 5 of them. Test once a day for the next couple of days and see if the line is getting lighter. Trust me you will definitely be able to tell if its getting lighter and even though they are cheap, they do work. FX!
