Is anyone finding it harder and harder to work out as they get further along? I'm 7 weeks, 5 days pregnant and everyday I feel like it's getting harder- the weights seem heavier, I'm short of breath faster, etc. I want to stay fit during my pregnancy, but it's becoming more and more difficult. Any suggestions?
Re: Exercise becoming difficult...
If something feels too difficult, you should either really consider modifying your workout or cutting down the time you are working out. There are a lot of great pregnancy workout DVDs out there-- maybe try one of those?
It's great you want to keep fit during your pregnancy, but not to the length that you are exhausting yourself.
