Is smart water ok
To drink because of the electolytes added to it for taste?

I don't see why it wouldn't be. I drank it after my ER/ET actually because of the electrolytes!

Thank you for answering my question!! I'm in pregnancy worry mode because I haven't been released to my ob gyn yet so I haven't had a chance to ask her any pregnancy related questions. I was also wondering is it ok to drink caffiene free coke as well as gingerale it seems to be the only thing that settles my stomach . I know that sodas should be caffiene free but I wasn't sure about the sugars in them and how many a day are ok to drink?

@iloveflipflops I think you're okay mama you have the jitters, totally understandable. I downloaded an app called Pregnancy Companion and it's been great for looking up topics, meds, etc. I think it was only $2.99. It's what I use in between OB apptsror just for peace of mind!

Keeping hydrated is important so I'd try to always have more water than other fluids, but sometimes gingerale and coke are lifesavers!

I see your expecting Twins congrats. I'm hoping i'm in the twin club also at my first ultrasound they saw two gestational sacs one had the yolk the other didn't yet though it was early. Baby A was measuring 

5 weeks 3 days and Baby B was measuring 5 weeks 1 day. Do you know of anyone that has had their second twin catch up in growth by the time that they go in for the heartbeat ultrasound which for me will be next Friday.

Thanks! I think mine were a day a part at one point and it ended up being totally fine. Once you get further along (about 20 weeks) they'll start monitoring their growths and it's very common to have them be a little different from each other. My friend just had twin boys and had a little over a pound difference between them!

Good luck at your next appt, I hope you're able to see all the good stuff! The little heartbeats flickering away is really awesome

I scheduled an early OB appointment before I was released from my RE. We just chatted. No exam or anything but we were able to go over all thr questions I had. It was very helpful!
