This week, I have some ideas. My mom is coming next week so I am saving some of our favorites for then. DH asked for meatloaf (barf) so I am making one that is the last objectionable to me (

Tonight: turkey meatloaf, veggies/salad
Sunday: meatloaf for him, pesto spaghetti squash for me
Monday: chicken caesar salad
Tuesday: skillet lasagna
Wednesday: leftovers
Friday: chicken tacos/out
We have a couple of late nights this week, so the things I picked are either make ahead or super fast to throw together. One more week until spring break!!!

Also, I need to lose some weight, so light, healthy choices that are tasty enough that dh won't object are preferable.

Tuesday-Honey lentils with chickpeas (crockpot)
Wednesday-Cheesy, beefy pasta
Thursday-Sweet potato pasta bake
Friday-Spaghetti squash casserole
We'll probably eat out Saturday.
I'm vegetarian, DH is not, so each of us will probably eat leftovers on alternating nights.

Steak, mashed potatoes, corn
Chicken sausages and something
Steak fajitas or quesidillas, yellow rice
Shake & Bake Chicken, rice a roni, peas
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans

We eat a lot of potatoes.
Tonight: chicken Marsala, potatoes, broccoli
Tomorrow: Swiss steak and potatoes in crockpot
Tuesday: Turkey burgers and salad
Wednesday: crockpot chili porkchops and salad
Thursday: brats and chips
Friday: pizza
Monday - spaghetti and salad
Tuesday - roast chicken, baked potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts
Wednesday - something with leftover chicken
Thursday - breakfast for dinner
Friday - probably out
