If you take OTC prenatal vitamins, which ones do you recommend? Due to a change in our insurance prescription vitamins aren't covered anymore. I just ran out & am looking for the next best thing
I used to take rainbow light but they were awful to swallow. I would nearly choke every time. I didn't make it through 1 bottle. Now I take the nature made w/dha. They are about the same size as the RL, but they are gel caps which are significantly easier to swallow.
Thank you! I got some of the one a days last night that has the vitamin & then a DHA gel tab supplement, but I'd really rather take 1 pill with both instead of 2 every night.
I take the CVS brand of vita fusion gummy. Easy on my tummy and no icky tastes. It has DHA but no calcium or iron so I just make sure I'm getting them through food.
I was on nature made with dha but it was causing me to use the bathroom more often than I liked, which is why I switched. Aside from that side effect, they were okay.
I used the Kroger brand prenatal gummies in the beginning due to morning sickness. Now I use the Kroger brand prenatal vitamin and DHA combo pack. Bonus is they are usually buy one get one free.

Nature Made with DHA is at Costco. They seem fine to me. Although I'm curious, how did you connect the prenatal with using the bathroom more? I'd love to pee less often, but don't see the connection.
Tried the gummy vites with DHA. They gave me fish burps.
Nortic berry DHA strawberry flavor. No burping for me and no fishy after taste. If I do burp it taste like the strawberry flavor. I hate fish so happy no fishy taste. Lol

I take the vitafusion gummies too. I was taking Nature Made with DHA but the iron in those was exacerbating my already terrible constipation so I switched to the gummies since they have no iron. I'm much happier now :-) and PPs are correct, they are tasty!

Am going to try out the one a day CVS brand. I compared labels & there's no difference, except in the price tag!
