Re: Bitch better be mud

  • I don't believe her for a minute. A liquid diet and two hours of exercise a day would cause major supply issues, wouldn't it? It's possible to lose the weight in that time, but her story and ultra judginess make me think mud.

  • Total MUD. Also - walking on a treadmill 1 week PP. F that. Walking to the bathroom and back to the couch was enough to make my pain increase. And I love that people called this person on their pic lol and that the OP thought they were saying she looked like actual mud. Hahahaha

  • Breastfeeding is not helping me get rid of fat that's for sure

After I drop the initial post baby weight (baby weight, water, etc.), I cannot lose another pound until I wean. Something to do with hormones. I know some ladies lose all the weight nursing but I hold onto some extra and as soon as we wean, it just goes away. (Well, 6-8 weeks post weaning) Sucks.

I'm the same way...lame!! I like to think I have 15 lbs in my engorged boobies lol....
  • She FINALLY lost all the weight at 8 weeks post partum?! The fuck?!
  • What a crazy bitch.
  • Okay I for sure think this is BS unless you are insane like kateva.

But fuck I can't believe these people that couldn't go for a walk 4 weeks PP.

At 4 wks, I was just getting to the point where walking around my house didn't feel like my hooha was destroyed. (I was still sitting on a donut.). Going for a walk to work out (much less a run) would have been Chinese torture. I think it depends on how badly you got shredded down there.

Really???? Ugh. I think this will be me. My weight won't go anywhere!!! :(

I like that she "thought" people were calling her dirt mixed with water. Yep. You're mud all right.

@yty0205 I'm with ya. But I was torn pretty good. I started doing small errands at 2.5-3 w pp but it resulted in increased bleeding and intense crotch pain lol. I paid for each outing with about 2-3 days of these beloved symptoms lol

Exactly. 3rd degree here. I didn't stop taking rx pain meds until about 3 weeks or so and even then I was popping motrin like it was going out of style. (Within the dosing guidelines, of course....)

I'm the opposite -- I shed all the baby weight super-fast while nursing (am now down to pre-preg weight, don't hate me!) and then some. Last time I was -10 lbs until we weaned... and then I quickly gained those 10 lbs back. Blah.

BUT -- I will say that even though I am at pre-preg weight, I do not look like that. The tummy does take some time to get back to its former glory!

Yea, I'm pretty much my pp weight but now I feel squishy and flappy.

@sehart3478 Summary: Bitch comes on 0-3 saying at 8 weeks PP she had lost all her baby weight and that women should stop making excuses for not being back in shape after having babies. She posted a picture of herself for "inspiration," except that it wasn't actually her and was instead a screenshot of a model.
    What a BEC.

  • I totally missed it!  Everyone is different, some people gain a lot of fluid and lose it within a week of delivery and some people gain less, or it may take longer to get the weight off.  I only had a second degree and didn't have any pain, but I was way too exhausted to even think of exercising!
