I'm originally from Texas, moved to NYC where I lived for 10 years, then DH and I moved to northern NJ for a more family oriented atmosphere for LO.  We've been here for 4 years now.  I like it well enough except for the winters (blah!).  We are planning to move back to Texas after I finish nursing school which I'm in the middle of now.

We are about an hour north of Salina. My sister went to college in Hays. That's a fun drive.
