Re: ||Healthy Living Accountability||
Happy Friday Everyone!!
Happy Friday @carlsonbaby2014 - while I am sad to hear of your bump break because I will miss you, I understand that you have to do what is right for yourself (((hugs))) to you and wishing you all the best as you continue your journey!!
On a healthy living note... my week was so/so. After a great week last week, it was hard for me to keep up this week. I didn't really track what I was eating, we ate out way too much and I didn't hit my step goal each day. So boo to that. I hope that I have a motivational turn-around this weekend to kick it into gear again next week!

@carlsonbaby2014 - While I'm sad to hear that you are taking a bump break and I will miss you, I totally understand the need to step back. Enjoy your time away and we'll be waiting for you to come back refreshed!
@5895WolterA - It's hard to keep up the awesomeness from week to week, so I understand how it's harder to follow a good week with another one. But it still sounds like you did okay. Hopefully next week is even better!
@peggels24 - I must say, I chuckled that you didn't work out this morning because of last week's dinner. :P Must have been one amazing dinner! I'm excited for you to start this 21 day challenge, it sounds interesting. We'll be here cheering you on.
As for me, I'm doing okay. I am doing a lot better with my water intake but could still use improvement. According to my weight, I should be drinking 51 oz a day and I haven't quite been reaching that. Maybe next week? I haven't worked out at all this week but hope to get back to my Fab Ab challenge today. I did better with snacks and eating healthier, despite devouring 1/4 of a chocolate cake. It had quinoa in it though, so that's healthy right? Right?

Hi ladies! @Carlsonbaby2014 – You’ve been a phenomenal check-in leader. We all greatly appreciate you spurring us on to healthier habits and for being so awesome and wish you the best on your bump break. We look forward to your popping in J I will try to make you proud J
@5895WolterA – I totally get what you mean about up and down weeks. You’ve got this though and can totally kick this next week into gear. Sometimes I just need a little break anyway J Everything, in moderation, right?
@peggels24 – you rock too my dear J A loss is a loss for sure. Morning workouts are often hard for me – I commend you. I love your 21 day challenge. What will be your reward for finishing?
@jenn021 – glad to hear your water intake is going well. You’ll have to tell me more about this Fab Ab challenge… my abs could use that. Quinoa chocolate cake sounds interesting… I had some black bean brownies a few months ago that were actually quite tasty… could you tell there was quinoa in the cake?
@hawkward – sorry you’re stuck. Stocking your kitchen is definitely the way to go to make better choices. You’re doing so awesome though so just keep going… (Kinda like Nemo – Just keep swimming)
@megrae12 – I think allowing yourself a night here is actually ok. And you’ve had a heck of a week… Take care of yourself and don’t expect me to be soft on you next week… back at it lady J
