Daily Food/Exercise Checkin 2/27

Yesterday:
B: avocado toast
L: Noodles and Co small plate of pasta fresca with whole wheat noodles and extra tomatoes. I also ended up getting a small bowl of their curry soup. 
D: Sushi and miso soup. 
S: some brownies. I was hoping that girl scout cookies would be in but they weren't, and at that point my sweet tooth was demanding some type of chocolate. Couldn't resist.
E: None. Tired.

    B: breakfast sandwich and a mocha
    L: Salad and fruit
    S: thin mints and cocoa almonds
    D: beef stroganoff

    E: ran for an hour. Didn't measure distance, but it was probably around 5 miles.
