Recommend your moisturizer

I've used so many different kinds and still have no favorite.  I like Lubriderm the best for myself.  For DD I like the Johnson's creamy lotions and have been using them a lot for myself, too.  The regular Johnsons stuff sucks and it stinks, imo.

I love Lubriderm, but lately I've been using a Vaseline lotion and it's great!

I was never a fan of Johnson's baby lotions for DD...they are stinky! But she was so hypersensitive to everything she rarely tolerated me using baby lotion on her anyway. I used Aveeno whenever she really needed it, or Aquaphor on her little hands and feet if they got chapped.

I use burts bees for myself and burts babee for ds. It has a natural clean smell and has less cemicals. Plus its a heavier moisturizer so it works for my exzima. Also try eos brand stuff. Its not perfumie and its mostly organic and natural.

Byt i prefer that cause ds and i have sensitive skin

I might have to try Burts.  I started getting some eczema on my fingers this year and it sucks!  I have a prescribed cream that thins the skin and helps itching (for eczema) but think some (discontinued) really thick shea lotion I used recently has helped clear it up a lot.  Eczema sucks!

Harley's pediatrician told us to try ceravé. It's supposed to be just like the natural oils that your skin produces, so it should work best. And as a sufferer of chronic dry skin, this stuff has been a miracle. This is the first time in years I don't have alligator elbows.

I used to use the Cerave night cream and that stuff is amazing!!

I bought it at CVS. My dermatologist specifically recommended it to me after my skin cancer surgery a few years ago because it's gentle on sensitive skin, too.

I got it from target. But they didn't have a night cream. I'll have to look into that!

I worked for CeraVe once on an event and it is awesome stuff.

Are we talking face moisturizer? I do paraben free everything so I use some organic Vitamin C stuff I get at Target in the natural section. Like $15 for a little yellow bottle. Lotion I use Mustela on baby and highjacked her Burts Bees baby for me that was a gift

I'll have to look for that.  Wonder if they sell it at Walmart.  I live in a very small town and Walmart is pretty much it since I've boycotted the local grocery for trying to rape you with their prices.  We have no CVS, Walgreens, etc.  We'll have a Walgreens this summer, tho.  They broke down last month.  Am I the only one who could spend their whole paycheck in there on a bunch of crap I don't need???

Funny you should mention that.  I think the county I live in is seriously the meth capital of Michigan.  Lots of rural/farm land around here.

The whole state of Florida IMO is a meth paradise...along with Cocaine...well that might just be Miami and Orlando.

I hate Florida also but mainly bc everyone I went to high school with still hangs out, dates/marries each other, & goes to the same shitty bars and gets shitfaced...oh and talks shit about everyone. Ridiculous. Like 5% of people moved away.

Ironically thats everyone i went to private school with... or know who wemt to private school... including me and bf. And bd and his wife. Thats why ds isnt going to private school

I'm surprised that happened in PS. Most everyone I know who went to the PS I went to for a few years became successful and moved away.

I'm a hypocrit also in the sense that post graduation, like half my bf's were from high school. Manchild who I married was one. Then I got BACK together with one of the hs guys after I divorced. He was the coke fiend. BUT I did move away which never happens and I never went bar hopping and got piss ass drunk 5+ years after we graduated. Go me.

Small christian private school. You would be surprised. Most the people i know who graduated from there have never left minnesota, stayed in new ulm and went to school to become private christian school teachers and marry their high school sweet heart

One guy got accepted into annapolis.

I hate Florida because BD's parents live there and if I ever wanted to vacation that way, they'd be pissed if I didn't spend most of my vacation with them so they could see DD. And I went to a public school and most of my classmates only moved as far as the next county.  Just a small handful actually went out into the world (one of my classmates is a news anchor for a Spanish tv station somewhere out west, can't remember which state).

Ugh, I hate playing catch up on this board! LOL, I feel like I've missed most of the conversation!!

I used Everyday Shea for awhile and loved it, but pregnancy and nursing has my skin all effed up. I just started using almond oil, and love it. Unlike coconut oil which is a sucky moisturizer for my skin type :P

It's in Apopka. From what I hear it won't be my problem for much longer.  I can't wait to get rid of it.
