2IF lurker with another question re: IVF and spotting

Hi everyone! I'm hoping someone has some insight/hope regarding spotting during stims (my last question was about spotting during bcps, if that rings a bell). Tonight is day 7 of stims/cd9. Here's a quick breakdown so far:

Days 1-3 of stims 150 gonal-f and 75 menopur
Day 4 morning: E2 = 13.6 (over-suppressed from BCPs)
Days 4-5 225 gonal-f and 150 menopur
Day 6 morning: E2 = 86.2
Day 6 300 gonal-f and 150 menopur

I had af cd1-6, and have yet to stop spotting, and (TMI) this morning it had more of a reddish tint. Am I fighting a lost battle? FWIW I have never spotting after AF before, and my E2 on an unmedicated cycle on cd3 was 25 in Nov. 2013. I'm waiting for my RE's office to open at 8am, but it's always nice to hear from someone who has been through something similar. 

Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
 3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Sorry, no experience here either, but I hope you can get some answers from your RE's office! Good luck and stay strong, I am rooting for you!

    Unfortunately, that was not a successful cycle for me (and I had to stim forever...ok, 14 days).  But your E2 much more than doubled in 48 hours, so that is a good sign.

    Thanks for your insight! I'm encouraged just by the fact that you made it to ER, although I'm sorry it didn't end with a bfp the first time. My biggest fear is spending all this money and not even getting the CHANCE to transfer. Congrats on your current pregnancy :)

    @thosethreewords I haven't had an u/s yet. It was supposed to be tomorrow, but they've pushed it back to this weekend because of the slow-rising E2, assuming there wouldn't have been much to see. I'm telling myself that if we can at least get to ER, there's always the option (hopefully) of a FET if my lining doesn't ever get where we need it. Still keeping everything crossed that things just start to go more "normally!"
