Q about Swaddleme

What do you dress your LO in underneath a swaddleme? Just a onesie or fully clothed in a sleep and play, etc? Thanks for your help! I was gifted some and have yet to use them because we haven't lost our stump yet at two weeks!

I don't put anything under

My LO is always hot so I think he would be miserable with anything under.

DD wears full sleepers under hers but it's ridiculously cold here right now (Ontario Canada ). She's never seemed too hot.

We do a sleep and play or a gown under the swaddle me.

Just a long sleeves onesie works for my LO. Once we go from a swaddler to a sleep sack it will be a short sleeves onesie.

If I do one of the light weight swaddles I usually have a sleeper on him. If I do the heavy swaddle from the hospital usually just a long sleeved onsie. It's cold as hell here though.
