Since I haven't really posted much recently, I thought I'd just update with a little thought that I've had lately.

As much as I hate to admit it (and I hate that I feel that way) things are going surprisingly well and have been very uneventful in regards to visitation and BM drama. I honestly would be ok if it stayed this way for the long haul. I doubt that will actually ever happen.

Last summer BM only got one week visitation outside the normal EOW, and this summer she is supposed to get two weeks non-consecutively. Then if she is still on good behavior, she gets EOweek summers starting next year. I don't like that part, but we'll deal with it when we get to it.

We still see no child support, but DH says he will revisit that issue after the order has been in place for a year. We will never see a dime, so I don't concern myself with it anymore.

So far, the grandparents supposed to be supervising are doing their job and are making a sincere effort to get along with us (as are we), and BM has been out of trouble for a while. And SD seems well adjusted and happy. I can't really find fault in that.
