I'm so glad that you heard a heartbeat! Ever think about getting one of those handheld doppler things that allow you to hear the baby's heartbeat at home? I know there is a lot of controversy about them, (about everyday consumers not being properly trained in using them and whatnot), but my cousin bought one to hear her little one after a series of miscarriages, and it did a lot to put her mind at ease. Whenever she'd start to worry over her LO, she'd take out the doppler to reassure herself that all was well. Just a thought : ) So happy to hear your good news!

I'm so glad that you heard a heartbeat. Our situations aren't identical, but I understand how agonizing it can be to think that you've lost your little one. The uncertainty is the most challenging part for me.

I have been offered a Doppler, but I definitely don't want one. Since there is a good chance this baby's heart WILL stop at some point, I don't want to be the one to find it. I'm a SS though Definitely a good suggestion though.
