Business/Patrick AFB questions

I started a new part-time business working from home with a network marketing company and I specifically want to offer the women at the base nearby free facials for practice purposes as I don't have friends here in Florida I can practice on.  My husband got out of the USMC a few years ago and as a Marine wife I know how much those women deserve a treat. 

The closest base is a Patrick AFB and I'm wondering if any of you lovely ladies can direct me to who or what I may contact for such an offering. Thanks!
