What time do you put your LO to bed at night? Usually I try to have her in her crib at 8:30 but she always takes a nap just before with a little bit of wake time between. It's fussy wake time so I think I could just put her to bed earlier. She fell asleep at 7 tonight for nap and just keeps sleeping. I may just take her to her crib. Hopefully this doesn't mean an early morning!

We start bedtime routines between 7 and 7:30. She usually takes a nap right before that also.

Start bed time around 7 and hes nursing and asleep by around 745.

Start routine at 7 usually in crib by 8 or a little after

7:30. She wakes at 9 for a quick feeding then out until 2 or 3am. She used to STTN, but it seems since I have gone back to work this is the new normal.

If its a bath night routine starts at 8, if its not a bath night 8:15 or so. He's in bed by 9. Some nights he sleeps until 5-6 am and some nights (like recently) he's up at midnight and then again at 4 am for the day.

We typically start bedtime at 7:30 and he's in bed asleep by 8.

Thanks everyone! I think I'm gonna bump bedtime up! She didn't sleep too great last night but work up at the same time so hopefully tonight will be better
