Your screen name is making me crave cheese curds!  My Dad is from Wisconsin and we used to get them whenever we visited family.  I haven't had them in forever!  I don't think DH fully understands how wonderful those things are, even though I have tried very hard to explain that regular cheese just doesn't come close!  That's my random craving for the day - and I'm pretty sure TX is a little far to just run and get some :-)

I will also agree that cheese curds are so good. We can get them in Chicago very easily, so I don't have to crave without satisfaction

I made DH drive me to my favorite little cheese factory over the weekend to get fresh cheese curds. The bag was half gone before we got home.
