This may be TMI... But what do you ladies do or did career-wise? I ask because of the snarky-smart responses and well, that's it, that's why I ask.

I will start. I work a for health care management company, doing QA.

And the nice thing about work is that even though I can't get on FB or youtube because they're blocked, I can get on thebump, lol.

Your jobs sound so much more interesting than mine..except accounting unless it's accounting at a brewery. That wins hands down. Pretty good mix of careers, I love it!

I used to be a teacher, then I was a freelance writer for several years.  Now I work in a law firm.  My position is mostly one that provides administrative support, but I get to play a lot of roles, so it varies. Sometimes I do little budgeting projects, sometimes I process invoices, sometimes I serve subpoenas (subpoenae), sometimes I write press releases, etc.

 

I wish I was a professional pasta-eater though.

I pretty much process tissue from animals, put it in blocks of wax, cut them super thin on a special machine, and put the thin sections on slides that are then stained with different dyes to showcase the tissue morphology for a pathologist to look at.  I work in a research lab now, but I worked in a clinical (human) lab before.  If you've ever had a biopsy your tissue got sent off to a histology lab for pathology.

Yikes, I don't even know if I understand that explanation myself.
