FYI this first part is kinda messy.... I get a phone call today that my Stepdaughter's (13) half sister (18) Lost her baby today.
She was supposed to be 16 weeks but baby measured 8 weeks with no heart beat. I'm a little confused because she was telling everyone that at 11 weeks they couldn't see a heart beat on the ultrasound. That's besides the point.
My questions is What do you say? What do you do? How do I offer support? Is it best for me to stay away?
I'm close to her sister in some ways. We see her all the time, went to graduation and things. We did have a falling out over baby names (another long story)
Like I said I'm just not sure how to show that I am sorry without shoving my pregnancy down her throat and reminding her of bad things. Any one have any suggestions.
I also didn't see anything related to this thread so I posted this new, hope that is ok.
Re: How do you offer support?... Loss mentioned (not mine)
