Hi everyone! (Intro)

I would like to start responding to posts here so I figured an intro might be nice.

Hi, I'm Melissa. Three years ago we had an early miscarriage with our first pregnancy then underwent testing to get my diagnosis. We conceived our fraternal twin boys on our first cycle of Femara, gonal-f, trigger shot, and TI. I went into PTL at 28w1d and delivered at 29w4d. My boys will be two in April. We got pregnant without medication this past November and unfortunately lost our boy due to triploidy.

I have 38 days left of BCPs (not that I'm counting) until we can start trying again. We're currently planning to try on our own for at least a year before we return to our RE. The thought of carrying another set of multiples terrifies me so I want to avoid meds. But considering my two non medicated pregnancies have resulted in loss I'm pretty scared for the future.

I hope that I can be a great support to all of you here!

    Welcome! I'm so sorry for you losses. 

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Ready to start ttc #2 April 2013, but plan to be an extended BF'er
    Back on metformin Aug 2013
    Restart herbal infusions Sept 2013 - currently drinking nettle, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf
    DS weaned in April 2014
    Taking a break from herbs and just riding the healthy train.  
    Planning medicated cycle end of summer.  FX I get KU before then!!!

    Sorry for your losses. Welcome though, and countdowns? We freaking love for countdowns here. :) 38 days it is!!! 37 now! An dim going to share my super secret countdown methodology here. You don't count today (it's always almost over and not a fill day), the last day (because by the time you wake up, the day is "almost" over and not a full 24 hours), weekends (party and don't remember that stuff! And by party, understand to me that is time with family having fun- maybe some wine and cupcakes) or holidays (there is enough diversion that should make those like a weekend!)- so boom! It's really only like 25 now! That's totally doable right? (Don't knock it- only way I got through a lot of stuff and my whole family adopted this system bc I do it all the time lol). Anyway- now that you thoroughly know I'm a nut! Welcome!
    January 2007- Stop BCP! Let's DO this!
