Going in for an appointment at 4pmEST today.  I'm less than thrilled because I know my glucose test has to be scheduled and I haven't weighed myself since my last appointment but I know I've not been eating properly since.  I'll let you all know how it goes.

I have a follow up ultrasound at 11:30a CST to see if my SCH is gone or not. I then have my 24 week appointment following that.

In the waiting room at the OB now and heading to the MFM for a quick ultrasound in an hour. I am very curious to see what position my little dinosaurs are in today! Also hoping to talk to someone about these new c section guidelines and if I should think through anything in particular regarding then.

Glucose test this morning.. I'm starving!!

Had an ultrasound this morning.  The girls were cooperative enough for the tech to get all the shots of their hearts we needed (evidently they do a thorough re-check for IVF babies around this timeframe).  We even got a 4D pic of one of the girls--first time they've pulled out that trick, so I was excited!  The best news of the day is that the pessary looks like it's working perfectly.  My cervix is holding steady at 2.8-3cm, quite a bit longer than the 1.9cm that we saw a couple weeks ago.  Here's hoping that it continues to do the trick.

Midwife appt at 3:15pm PST. Will be discussing all specialist appts I've had over the last 5 weeks, and I will also be speaking to her about my constant BH contractions. Wasn't really worried about them until last night when Isaiah's movement completely decreased. Hoping that it's nothing. Bed rest with a 2yo will be tough if it comes to that.

Only a partial update - SCH is still there and only slightly smaller.  It was 5 cm and is now between 3-4 cm.  Waiting for my OB appointment which is scheduled for 1:15 CST.

Both appointments went great today!  I had a regular OB appt with a doctor I have never met before, and she was super sweet.  She was very encouraging and personal, which is always appreciated.  At the MFM, I had a cervical check, and the doctor joked that my cervix got longer and all looks good.  Both babies are butt down right now, and they were moving and shaking :-).

My next round of appts is in 2 weeks and it will be a crazy week.  I need to do a urine culture one day, a 24 hour urine collection at home the next, growth scan and cervical check + OB appt then my glucose testing all on the 11th, then tours of the Nicu and consult with anesthesiology on the 14!  

My baby B was facing my back so I got no photos of her, but Baby A gave me the sweetest face ever today!  Love her smile!

Had a great appointment with the high risk dr. Baby's chest mass is the same size which is a huge relief. Dr thinks it might actually reduce in size during the 3rd tri. We will more than likely have to deliver in Boston but we are ok with that.

Appt is in just a little bit. Fun glucose testing, rhogam shot and regular monthly check! I always get nervous for the glucose testing for some reason.

Had mine this morning. Boring...weight, heartbeat, and belly measurement check. I should be happy for boring checkups, though. And now I have to schedule my glucose test. Not looking forward to the fasting part. I like food.

Just got back from my appointment.  Healthy heartbeat.  Measurements look good.  Gained a little weight.  And DH and I both got the whooping cough vaccine.  

Next up - glucose test on the 10th.  Blah!  But doctor wants another ultrasound so I get to have another one a month from today. Yay!  Can't wait to see our little peanut again.

@mrsP419 - It looks like your little girl has your smile.  She's beautiful already!

Appt went well! Still having lots of BH contractions, but she isn't concerned since they don't appear to have a pattern. Fundal height is measuring right on track, and HB was a strong 150!

When I compare u/s photos, Baby A looks like DS and Baby B looks like DD.  When he was younger, my DS looked quite a bit like me and DD looks like daddy.  It would be fun to have a girl who looks a lot like me :-).
