It's a BOY!! Rhett Garland was born this morning at 7:55 weighing 9lbs, 10oz and measuring 21 3/4. He looks a lot like his big sister.

Congratulations! I'm sure everyone will agree that Rhett is adorable. The second picture made my heart melt.
