Re-Intro: Getting Started

I was on here in the Fall when we had originally started the thoughts on adoption but I think we are now ready to take the next steps forward and look for an agency. Does anyone have any good website recommendations for finding agencies? We have narrowed down to domestic adoption and toddler age (1-3 which I know is much harder). I have a 19 month old and a 5 1/2 year old so don't want to mess with my birth order but also do not want a newborn. Any advice would be great especially if you live in or around NYC. I have ready so many books to figure out what we want and now need to figure out the next steps. Not enough hours in the day when you work FT and have 2 very active kids already. Looking forward to this new journey and also very scared.
