Feeling horrible

So my baby is 13 months old. I started taking Zoloft when he was 4 months old and has worked wonders. The last few days though I have been very depressed and crying a lot. I wish I could just be happy and stay that way. I'm sure it being winter is not helping at all. I know getting out of the house would help but I have no energy to even get ready for the day. I hate this. I am a SAHM and my husband only has Sundays off so I don't see him much. I feel very alone...

I find that getting ready for the day really does help even if I don't plan on going anywhere. Then if I decide to venture out I'm ready and then I feel better. Walking around the mall helps too to see other people and faces and you don't even have to buy anything. Good luck!

I am gonna try and get ready more often. Problem is that my son has not been taking long naps anymore and hard to get ready while he is awake. But definitely gonna try more. Thanks
