Ultrasound Bumped back my dd

I had a dating ultrasound on Friday, Eggbert had a good heartbeat of 180 bpm. They bumped back my due date from September 23 to October 2. I wasn't surprised because I've suspected from the beginning that I ovulated late and wasn't as far along as my LMP said. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the kiddo chooses to come on its own in September to avoid a repeat CS, I'm planning to stick around here and hope that I don't jinx myself.

This happened with my DD1 - LMP said 10/29 and u/s pushed us back to 11/10. Although, she ended up coming on 10/27 on her own, so maybe they shouldn't have moved the day.

That first u/s is so exciting! Yay for a good strong heartbeat!!!!

I had the same thing happen to me. My LMP due date was August 23, and at the dating u/s they pushed it back to September 3.

It's probably a good thing they pushed your due date back if you are trying to avoid a repeat c, right?  I'm researching VBACs and my date was pushed by 10 days (9/2 to 9/12).  Gives me more of a shot to go into labor without help.
