Is it a Stomach bug?

When I went to wake LO this morning, I saw a little spit up that looked like her food from night before. She was in good spirits and no fever or anything so I took her to daycare. Was called 30 min later to come get her bc she had thrown up. Called dr. and they said if no fever, no crying, coughing etc it could just be a stomach bug and just to watch her and see if she eats. She had 3 bottles today and was fine until 1/2 hr ago where she puked a LOT. After she was fine and playing and smiling. Stomach bug? Anyone experience this with LO to give insight on what helped sooth stomach and how long it lasted? I'm very nervous about LO sleeping tonight in crib and possibly puking in her sleep.
