I seriously cannot even begin to explain how wonderful it is having my Mom and my Granny here ( the boys GG) helping out this week. We are solo and have no family near so as many of you know is super super hard. Now I understand why I want to move back to Florida ( words I swore would never ever cross my lips). Come on houses..sell, sell, sell!!!!

BTW I got to stay in bed till 9am yesterday..yes I was awake but I just got to lay there and not move

That's awesome!  So nice to have help...with that being said, I am SO jealous!!!  Enjoy your time...you deserve it!!!  I will send good house selling vibes your way...we are listing ours today.

ohhh good luck!!!! the reports are not looking to hot until March when word on the streets is that the banks are finally going to start giving loans again and interest rates are going to be super super super low.
