Possibly Twins?!

I am new here! I found out a week ago that I may be carrying identical twins. I go back in 8 days for another sonogram to confirm. I had two doctors tell me that it definitely looks like twins! Here is a picture of my sonogram. Did anyone have one that looked similar? I am a nervous wreck!

I don't have identical twins, mine are di/di, but that looks like two babies to me!

Ohhh thanks!! Can't wait to go back the 28th!! I actually had a strange feeling the day of my sonogram. I woke up and said "oh god there's going to be two in there!"

I was supposed to be almost ten weeks along. But when the doctor did the sonogram she got nervous and said that's not what you normally see at almost ten weeks. Then she did some searching and saw that. She called in another doctor who had a little more experience. He confirmed he saw it too and called it a "good catch!"

Looks like identical twins!! Congratulations. Keep us updated on your next appt. I am expecting mono/di identical twin girls. My first ultrasound was at 10w so they were bigger but they were definitely in the same chorionic sac just like your twins. At your next appt they should be able to see if there is a membrane between them.
