HAHA, my dh had went to High School wrestling practice the last few days.. (He was a big wrestler in the day and the coach has been wanting him to come out, so with dh not working this week he is going) anyways, he is sooooo sore.. he was moaning in his sleep last night.. Ice packs, muscle rub, and hot showers arent cutting it!! he is just getting old!!! hehe..

Ha ha!  MH is the same way.  He's a HS basketball coach and sometimes will run and play with the team.  He's always totally sore the next day.
