@LindseyM2012 I would love to host a dinner for my family too! My mother disagreed, she thinks the family should all be at her house until she's too old to cook. Lol I hope you find a house big enough soon!

Very true.  My two best friends did get pregnant very quick (1 month and 3 months TTC).  You're right, I have no idea what the story is for the others.  Must keep reminding myself of that (and that I haven't been trying too long either).  Thanks!!!

@MrsRC88 based on temps I'd say 19 is more likely. Did you keep taking OPKs after CD17? Did you use your monitor before the P on CD 15? I think if you had more complete info for opks/monitor and CM it'd be easier to tell. FWIW I think FF is wrong on your Dec. 24 chart - I think you O'd after CD 20. Why all the discards?

But you know what? I am not the type of person to test early if I want to have a drink just to make sure it's ok. I don't think there's anything wrong with having a drink at 10, 12 dpo without testing first. So I don't disagree with lwoelhlk there. 

ETA: and see my response to 2WW on Vacation thread where I said I got a bfp on Monday, 13dpo after drinking all weekend. 

Maybe it'll work again this weekend if I don't test tomorrow?

I am SUPER emotional this week, found out I have to take my dog back to the vet for an ultrasound tomorrow, the vet thinks she has a bladder tumor and the one article I barely finished reading through tears said the prognosis is not great. I know I am jumping the gun but I don't know how I will even deal with her being sick.

@Ladyraleigh12 look into something called cranberry tablets with d mannose for your dog. Our older dog has had a tumor in her bladder for 3-4 years now and this helped keep it under control. She was getting lots of bladder infections when they diagnosed her and since we Started on the cranberry she hasn't gotten one. We get ours from entirely pets online.

That test has a sensitivity of 25mIU. FRER has a sensitivity of 12.5mIU, but can detect levels as low as 6.5!

I believe it is Killarney or Kinnegad...I know it's with a K....I think it's Kinnegad because I know my aunt went to Dublin and they visited family during their stay.  So that would make more sense geographically speaking.

My temp dropped a little today which got me down a little even though I know I shouldn't analyze every single temp.

Does anyone else compare their charts to those in the community on FF? If I select my intercourse timing, pre- and post-o temps it told me I was similar to 60% pregnancy charts yesterday and down to 52% today. But I find that ovulation charts can look pretty and pregnancy charts sometimes have really low temps. I definitely take things FF tells me with a grain of salt and know I have 20% each cycle...but some if the extra features on FF can give you a one way ticket on the crazy train.

Rants/Phantom Symptoms/Chart Stalks: UGH! I just found out Justin Timberlake cancelled his concert in Buffalo on Saturday . My best friend and I were going to go to dinner and then to the show, I've been looking forward to this since DH gave me tickets for Christmas. Guess I'll have to wait till the new date, which isn't until July. Boo hiss. Anyway, I had planned to test Saturday early at 8dpo to see if I would want to have a few drinks that night, but now I have no excuse. I'll probably still end up testing, but may try reeeeeallly hard to hold out.

It started when I was a kid and I saw "Monkey Trouble." I used to want a pet monkey but now I understand how impossible that is, so I'd settle for just going somewhere that you can play with them (if that exists, which I hope it does).

I definitely had drinks during my 2ww the cycle I got my 1st BFP. I was on vacation, and it was cycle 10. Eff that noise. I'm definitely on team "drink til it's pink".
