Little old man hair

My LO suddenly has major old man hair. His receding hairline looks a lot like his fathers!

I'm assuming it'll grow back eventually, right?

Apparently it's where the head is growing quicker than the hair....haven't noticed it on Emily yet, and as she's already a ginger I think baldness as well would just be far to mean

As the mother/wife/daughter of redheads, why is being a ginger bad?

As the daughter and sister of a redhead (and being one myself), being a redhead is great now I'm an adult....wasn't so much fun for me or my brother as kids! Our hair made us stick out so we were always the kids that got caught when upto mischief as people remembered the hair lol

DD was born with hair very similar to her daddy's. Pretty thin on top, thicker/longer on the sides and back. I think it is adorable!

Awww- I have a sweet spot for balding babies! My first 2 had a ton of hair and it started falling out after the first month or so in patches. DSs was particularly bad. He looked like an old man in a cheap toupee. DD had a bald patch on the back of her head from sleeping on her back. Looked like someone had shaved it :-(. At least I could camouflage it with a well placed headband. This one doesn't have quite as much hair so I'm hoping it won't be such an issue!

Fair enough. We always get stopped in grocery stores by little old ladies who love my boys' hair, so I could see that not being fun for everyone.

Same here. We can't go anywhere without getting into a discussion about DD's red hair.

Ok- so this made me go back and look at old pics- here are DS/DD bad hair days... They were a lil older here but you can see how they both had a big tuft of hair right on top that grew into their eyes and we had to do a comb over!
