But why the hell is Rachel 17 hours into labor after her water breaks, at 3 cm dilated, and no one has even entertained the idea of an emergency C section? Or upping Pitocin or something? And how did they not know the baby was breech way before she started pushing? Did they just go to the worst hospital ever?

Letting baby come on its own time table, not pushing surgery or even synthetic hormones, AND allowing vaginal delivery of breech presentation?! Sounds more like the BEST hospital ever if you ask me! :P

Haha, I don't think I have seen this episode post baby.  I would have had the same thoughts.

What always bothers me in Friends is that Ross and Rachel are always hanging out in the coffee shop ...where the hell is Emma?  Why don't they spend time with her?
