Does anyone have a workout of the day app that you recommend? Preferably not requiring weights or equipment? I had one that I liked that would give you a different random workout (combinations of pushups, squats, lunges, etc.) every day, but it stopped working after I upgraded my phone to IOS 7. Even if it was the same workout every day, that would work, as I could switch it up if I had several apps.
