Where does everyone find these for sale used?

And do the regular fitteds hold up for night use?

How small do they fit? My son is around 11 pounds right now. I'm looking for a better night time solution for the long run.

TT's OS fit around 15lbs. They can work at night if they aren't a super wetter. My kid can sometimes do it still and did until 4-5 months. You can find used ones on their fan B/S/T page.

I'm probably better off getting a TTNN for over night?

I don't think so. I think I'd try a regular TT first and move up to a TTNN if needed. Not everyone needs 19 layers of OBF.
