*Warning* Beta # 1 (BFP MENTIONED)

I just received the call from nurse my beta results came in from IUI#3 at 752 today I go back Friday for the second blood drawn. Does anyone know if that is a good first beta number?. I want to Thank everyone on this board who has answered my many questions over the past few months.  I plan on sticking around here for awhile. My wish is that all of you get the BFP's that every single one of you deserve.
                 

TTC since 2012 

Dx : DOR

IUI #1 (Follistim switched over to Menopur injections) - BFN

Attempted IUI #2 (Menopur injections only cycle) better response on the Menopur then the Follistim combination treatment cycle however my cycle was still canceled due to my eggs not maturing and follicles not growing enough on a high dose of Menopur (Re said I could try a cycle of comid + ovidrel  for an IUI) for my second IUI( praying this works for us)

  Clomid + Ovidrel protocol worked still a BFN as a result

Attempted cycle  Clomid  + Ovidrel protocol for IUI # 3 (Unable to do this cycle due to a cyst)

IUI # 3 Clomid+ Ovidrel protocol - BFP    Beta #1 752  Beta #2  1536    Beta #3 3797

EDD 10/27/14

Our sweet baby boy arrived on 9/2/14 TTC # 2 Conceived without help- June 2015 July 2015- Miscarriage ( blighted ovum)
March 2016 (ectopic pregnancy) :(

    That's great!! Congrats. How many days past o are you? That would determine the good beta range. But it sounds like a strong beta to me!

    Low heartbeat on 10/7 86, lower heartbeat on 10/11 76, no heartbeat 10/14/13. D&C 10/15/13
    Tests revealed MTHFR c677t mutation, put on Folgard.

    Congrats!!!!

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    Dx: Poor Embryo Quality, Arcuate Uterus, Poor Uterine Blood Flow, Mild Endo, 
           Protein S Deficiency, Sjorgen's Syndrome 

    IUI #1-5: BFN
    Laparoscopy & Hysteroscopy: minimal endo, partial septoplasty
    IVF #1: 10R/6M/6F ~ Day 3 ET = BFN
    IVF #2: 14R/9M/5F ~ transfer canceled ~ all embryos arrested at 1-2 cell stage
    IVF #3: 9R/5M/5F ~ 1 frosty!
    IVF #4 (FET #1): BFN

    IVF #5 (DE IVF #1 with Dr. KK protocol): Currently PREGNANT!!!!!!
    Synthroid + Prednisone + Metformin + Baby Aspirin + Supplements Galore = 15+ pills a day
    Lupron + Lovenox + Delestrogen + IVIG + B/W = 2-5 pokes a day
    19R, 17M, 17F - transferred two Grade A blasts 11/16, four frosties!!!
    Beta #1 11/24 (13dpo/8dp5dt) = 367 ~ Beta #2 11/26 (15dpo/10dp5dt) = 709

    My beta wasn't that high for IVF#1 singleton until I was like 16dp6dt so yeah, I'd say that's awesome!  Congrats.  

    I agree with PP, how many dpo are you?  and How many follies did you have of mature size?

    Thanks for the congrats! I'm 16dpiui, and i had two follicles at the time of the IUI. Is my beta really high is twins a possibility with a first beta number like that?

    Congrats!! I would say that's a pretty great 1st beta. Mine weren't that high for awhile.

    DH 32 SA Only 3% Normal Forms, but good count good motility
    Me 32 DOR FSH 11.3, AFC 7, HSG normal
    5/28/13- IUI #1 50 mg Clomid BFN
    6/25/13 IUI #2 50 mg Clomid BFN
    7/27/13 IUI#3 50 mg Clomid BFN
    8/8/13 waiting to meet with the RE to discus IVF
    11/9/2013 IVF#1 canceled, only 1 follicle  :(
    12/26/2013 Starting Lupron for IVF#2
    1/21/2014 Retrieval but we still only had 1 follicle so only 1 egg. Fingers Crossed!!!
    2/5/2014 BFP!! Betas 39, 54, 217, 1681 Slow rising but this is the little egg that could :)
    2/19/2014 1st U/S at 6w1d showed us at 5w4d but yolk sac, gest. sac and the beginnings of a fetal pole identified. 
    2/26/2014 2nd U/S at 7w1d showed us at 6w4d and we saw a heartbeat!!! 133. RE says it's time to move to OB
    So far everything is looking good :)
    5/29/2014 It's a Girl!!!! :)
    7/6/2014 Failed my glucose tolerance tests, diabetic diet it is
    9/30/2014 Scheduled C-Section for Placenta Previa and she's perfect

IVF #1 Oct/Nov 2013: Long Lupron with Gonal-F. 7R, 7M, 7F. 2 txfer@3d. Nothing frozen.  => M/C @ 8 wks. :'( Selected RPL panel all normal. Very hyper and brittle response to stims. IVF #2 (antagonist protocol) Feb 2014 => Converted to IUI (Perfect conditions). BFN. IVF #2.1 w/ new RE June 2014: Antagonist protocol. 33R, 31M, 30F, 19 blasts to test!!! I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!

    I have a estrace question I was put on this to thicken my lining for my IUI along with endometrin. My nurse told me to keep taking them till my beta.Well I emailed her haven't hear back but it says not to upset estrace when pregnant.do they normally keep you on that till they release you from your re's office

    Yes my re does estrace and progesterone until u r released
    Our Novel of TTC:

    *Male Factor (low count and low motility), High Prolactin, and Polycystic Ovaries (March 2013)
    *Recurrent Miscarriage testing also revealed high anti-phospholipids & single MTHFR mutation. (Feb 2014) 

    *IVF (07/2013): BFP-Natural Miscarriage @ 5 weeks* <3 Madison Riley <3
    *FET #1 (10/2013): BFN
    *FET #2 (12/2013)- BFP-Missed Miscarriage at 8 weeks <3 Kyle Andrew <3
    *Chromosomes and Karotyping tests were both normal.We lost a healthy baby boy :(
    *FET #3 (04/2014) was cancelled after finding Chronic Endometritis
    *Miraculous BFP July 2014!! (I was taking baby aspirin and Cabergoline to stay regulated while "taking a break from TTC" and waiting to consult with a reproductive immunologist!!!) 

    Our healthy baby girl was born 03/10/15 thanks to daily Lovenox injections and baby aspirin. There are no words for how grateful I am for our rainbow baby. <3

    IVF #1 October 2012 - Retrieved 8 eggs, 5 fertilized, 10/13/2012 Transferred 3 embryos - 8, 5, and 4 cells,     the other 2 eggs did not survive freezing, 10/26/2012 BFP!! Beta: 11, 10/26/12 Beta: 2 = Chemical Pregnancy
    IVF #2 - March 2014 - Mini IVF - Retrieved 5 eggs, 4 fertilized, 4 Frosties - 8, 9, 7, and 7 cells all in good condition. 
    IVF #3 - May 2014 - Mini IVF - Retrieved 2 eggs, 2 fertilized, 2 Frosties - 6 and 8 in good condition.
